I would rather rent than buy, when will apartments be available for rent? |

As the apartments are being constructed using private finance, to make the scheme viable it will be necessary to sell all of the apartments in the first instance. There is likely to be only limited scope for renting initially but opportunities for renting may well increase over time. |

There are a number of private companies who sell and manage similar accommodation. Details of these can usually be found in the property pages of local newspapers or via the yellow pages. |
