I deal with the strategic issues and the development of the Trust. I am also the main representative for the Trust’s membership in the GENuS Consortium.

Head of Finance

I am responsible for the finances of the Trust from a strategic level, maximising income, monitoring cashflow, setting and managing the budget right through to overseeing the work of the finance team.

Clare Spear

I am involved on a strategic level with any operational, housing management or development issues. I also represent the Trust in the GENuS Consortium on development matters.

I am responsible for HR & Training, IT/Telecommunications, Office Management, Tenant Participation, Marketing & PR and Health & Safety for the Trust.

I am responsible for operational team of four staff; Operational services cover repairs; rents; estate management; re-housing; waiting lists; Allocation of empty properties; nuisance; anti-social behaviour; performance monitoring.

I work in the operations team and am involved in delivering quality housing management services. My role includes the admin of A&As, tenant re-charge, the cyclical maintenance programme, tenant improvements, ground maintenance and annual gas servicing. I undertake validation visits and administer the void procedure.

I am the main point of contact for queries relating to the Development of the Community Living Schemes and the Community Living Club; I deal with queries relating to the purchase and sale of Bungalows and the redemption of Homebuy loans.
