We are pleased to say that things have now moved on with our planning submission for our Treberth Community Living Scheme. We have held positive meetings with both the planners and the Planning Contributions Manager who deals with the financial contribution required for formal play and leisure.

We have submitted a revised planning application in May which we are confident will be granted planning approval by the autumn. Details of the revised application will be presented at our next Community Living Club (CLC) meeting on Wednesday July 7th.
 
We will bring you more information on how the Council will use the financial  contribution for the benefit of older persons in a future CLC newsletter.

Thank you to all those who sent in signed petitions supporting the Treberth Community Living Scheme — we received over 300 signatures and had numerous telephone calls from people confirming their support of the scheme.
