Congratulations to our Maintenance Officer Julie Simmonds, who won Outstanding Academic Achievement at the CIH Student Awards 2011 for a CIOB - CIH level 3 certificate in Housing, funded by Asset Skills.

Asset Skills works to improve productivity, efficiency and effectiveness in facilities management, housing, property, planning, cleaning and parking. 

Asset Skills presented Julie with a certificate for completing the course, which was presented by AM Jeff Cuthbert, Deputy Minister for Skills.
