Phil Toms
Chief Executive 

I deal with the strategic issues and the development of the Trust. I am also the main representative for the Trust's membership in the GENuS Consortium.

 

Duncan Addison
Head of Finance 

I am responsible for the finances of the Trust from a strategic level, maximising income, monitoring cashflow, setting and managing the budget right through to overseeing the work of the finance team.

 

Paula Thornton
Head of Corporate Services 

I am responsible for HR/Training & Development, IT/Telecommunications, Marketing/PR from a strategic level for the Trust as well as overseeing Tenant Participation, Health & Safety and Office Management.

 

Ian Bell
Head of Housing Services

I manage the delivery of high quality housing management, support and maintenance services to all clients, ensuring that the activities of the Trust are carried out to the highest standards of integrity, probity and professionalism.

 

Debra Rosser
Projects Officer 

I am the main point of contact for queries relating to the Development of the Community Living Schemes and the Community Living Club; I deal with queries relating to the purchase and sale of Bungalows and the redemption of Homebuy loans.

 

Joanne Duggan
Corporate Services Officer 

I deliver corporate support services to the Trust to enable the efficient and effective performance of the Trust in pursuit of its corporate objectives within Marketing/PR, Tenant Participation, Human Resources and IT.

 

Lyn Heal
Housing Management Officer

I deal with rents, rent queries; Housing Benefit queries, anti social behaviour, estate management, allocations, waiting list applications, lettings, enforcement of tenancy.

 

Nathan Gould
Asset Manager

I’m responsible for the day to day delivery of the Maintenance Service and the longer term stock investment programmes. My work involves procuring maintenance and servicing contracts, ensuring high quality and customer focussed service delivery, contract/cost/performance and project management.

 

Julie Simmonds 
Maintenance Officer 

I work in the operations team and am involved in delivering quality housing management services. My role includes the admin of A&As, tenant re-charge, the cyclical maintenance programme, tenant improvements, ground maintenance and annual gas servicing. I undertake validation visits and administer the void procedure.

 

Raswala James and Rhian Williams
Customer Service Advisors 

 

We are the first point of contact for our tenants dealing with all enquiries ranging from general advice to reporting and chasing repairs. We are here to help you!

 

Beryl Pugh
Senior Finance Officer

I assist Duncan with the smooth running of the finance office. Ensuring cheques are raised for payment of invoices, logging payments, checking invoices for accuracy and associated administration.
