Community Living Update
The planning application for the Treberth Community Living Scheme has been submitted to NCC Planning Department and we hope to receive planning approval soon.
The residents living opposite the land where the scheme is to be built have been experiencing some of anti social behaviour in the form of trespass, nuisance, harassment and criminal damage to property and belongings. The Bishpool & Treberth residents are keen to see this site re developed as soon as possible!
Once planning approval has been received, the main contractor Leadbitter, aim to start on site in Spring 2010 and the build programme is expected to last 18 months.
The Community Living Club members have played a huge part in helping us to design both the apartments and the building layout and use.
